1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Mexico Todo Corazon (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the mexicotodocorazon.com website. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, guarantees regarding color accuracy depend on your electronic display settings.
Handmade Nature: Many of our products are authentic, handcrafted items from Mexico. Slight imperfections, variations in embroidery patterns, or minor color differences are not defects but rather distinct features of handmade craftsmanship. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the unique nature of these artisan goods.
4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and WooPayments.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is processed via Shippo. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) or for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)
Please review this section carefully before making a purchase.
Final Sale: Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or sizing issues. Please review sizing charts and descriptions carefully before buying.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contacto@mexicotodocorazon.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. Mexico Todo Corazon and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
